Shahrukh Farhodovich Hasanov was born on August 10, 1991 in Jomboy district. Higher education, graduated from Samarkand State University in 2013. He is an economist.

He started his career in 2013 as the chief specialist of the economy department of Jomboy district administration. In 2017-2018, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Economy and Complex Development of the Territory, and in 2018-2019, he worked as an economist of the joint venture "Agro Gumush Jomboy". In 2019-2020, he worked as the head of the district department of the General Directorate of Economy and Industry, and in 2018-2019, he worked as the manager of the joint venture "Agro Gumush Jomboy".

From February 9, 2023, the deputy district governor is the head of the district investment, industry and trade department.

Performs the following functions:

Stimulating the expansion of large and medium-sized investments in the sectors and regions of the district economy, further improving the investment environment, developing enterprises with foreign investments, attracting foreign investments, coordinating the formulation and implementation of the tourism development policy;

Participation in the development, coordination and monitoring of investment programs, including projects involving foreign investments, maintenance of a single base on investment proposals to attract funds aimed at foreign investments, loans and financial and technical assistance;

Development of the district's investment cooperation with foreign countries, international economic and financial institutions, foreign banks, funds, agencies, companies and other international legal entities on a mutually beneficial basis and diversification of cooperation directions;

To analyze the activities of enterprises with foreign capital participation, as well as how investors fulfill their investment obligations, to identify factors that prevent the timely and effective implementation of projects, and to take prompt measures to eliminate them;

From an in-depth analysis of the situation in the world market for advanced technology and equipment that meets modern requirements for production efficiency, product quality and competitiveness, energy and resource saving, and environmental standards, the average value of the offered prices in the world market and the resulting development of tender documents based on the suitability of the market conditions, as well as the value of the projects submitted ready-made, according to the technology offered;

Participate in expert examination and evaluation of tender offers, if necessary, reject the results of the tender (competition) trades, submit proposals for cancellation of import contracts concluded according to the results of the tender;

Support the wide introduction of public-private partnership mechanisms, first of all, in sectors where infrastructure facilities and resources are used the most;

development of innovative approaches of cooperation of state bodies with institutions of civil society and the population in solving current problems, first of all local problems;

And in the same way, he performs other functions assigned to him in the prescribed manner.
