Rahimova Hilola Abdusalamovna was born on December 16, 1979 in the city of Angren, Tashkent region. He has a higher education, graduated from the State Pedagogical Institute of the Tashkent region in 2003, and the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service in 2006. He is a teacher of mathematics and informatics, an economist.
He started his career in 1997 as an operator of the Department of Informatics of the State Pedagogical Institute of Tashkent region. In 2003-2004, he worked as the supervisor of the personnel department of Angren city, and in 2004-2020, he worked as the supervisor of the personnel department of Samarkand Pedagogical College. In 2021, he worked as the deputy manager of the Jomboy branch of the joint-stock-commercial "Khalq Bank", and in 2022 as the deputy manager of the Bulung'ur branch of the joint-stock-commercial "Khalq Bank".
From March 26, 2022, the deputy district governor is the head of the family and women's department.
The main task is to provide women with education and professional skills, to help them find a decent job, to support their entrepreneurship, to identify talented young women and to properly direct their abilities.
Also, the following are important functions:
To continue the policy of ensuring gender equality, to increase the socio-political activity of women, to implement reforms to support them;
To improve the quality of medical and social services provided to women in the regions, especially in the villages, and to improve the efficiency of work on ensuring a healthy lifestyle among them;
